The client has signed an EPC turnkey contract with Liming Heavy Industry to jointly create an intelligent and environmentally friendly solid waste recycling and reuse project.

The project is divided into two phases: the first phase is a fixed crushing production system, and the second phase is a sand-making and shaping system.

Equipment configuration: PE jaw crusher, HST single-cylinder cone crusher, HPT multi-cylinder cone crusher, VSI6X sand making machine, equipped with F5X series vibrating feeder, S5X series circular vibrating screen, and other auxiliary equipment.
This project processes granite and building materials into high-quality aggregates suitable for high-grade concrete, improving the fluidity and workability of the concrete and reducing the amount of cementitious materials used. The project also optimizes aggregate grading.
Process Analysis:
The overall solution adopts a three-stage closed-circuit crushing scheme, aiming to balance the crushing ratio of each stage to achieve better crushing effect. Coarse crushing is done using a PE jaw crusher, with a deep cavity design to increase material throughput and improve production efficiency. Medium crushing is done using an HST single-cylinder cone crusher, resulting in greater degree of material crushing and reduced load on the fine crushing equipment. Fine crushing is done using an HPT multi-cylinder cone crusher, further optimizing the crushing effect and producing cubic-shaped output with high product yield. The project uses high-energy efficient main equipment, combined with multi-stage crushing and sand-making shaping process, resulting in high-quality aggregates with a full and round particle shape, meeting the requirements for high-quality aggregates.
