Process Description:
The cobblestone is mined from the mountain and fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The jaw crusher crushes the cobblestone to a size of about 120-150mm, and then the material is sent to the impact crusher for secondary crushing. The material is crushed again by the impact crusher to a size of 0-30mm, and then sent to the vibrating screen for screening. The screened material is fed into the cone crusher for fine crushing, and the crushed material is sent to the sand making machine for shaping. The shaped material is sent to the vibrating screen for screening, and the final product is sent to the finished product warehouse through the belt conveyor.
