The demand for high-quality sand for construction purposes in Nigeria has been steadily increasing. To meet this demand, a 200 TPH granite sand crushing plant was established. Process Description

The granite material is evenly fed to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stone is sent to the HPT200 cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. Then, the crushed stone is transported to the PFW1315 tertiary impact crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing.

After crushing, the stone material is sieved by the 3YZS1848 vibrating screen and the material that meets the particle size requirement is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.

Finally, the cleaned stone material is sent to the finished product warehouse by belt conveyor, and the finished product is used for construction and infrastructure projects in Nigeria.
