This 200 TPH limestone stationary crushing plant is located in Turkey and consists of a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, a tertiary crusher, a vibrating screen, belt conveyors, and a control panel.The limestone crushing plant in Turkey is designed to crush and screen limestone, marble, granite, basalt, river stone and so on, and produce sand & gravels with various granularities for construction and building industry.We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h by combining different models of equipment which can match cone crusher, deduster, etc.

Process Flow

The limestone is evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for rough crushing, and then the coarse crushed material is transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing. The finely crushed material is sieved by vibrating screen and the finished product is transported by the belt conveyor to the finished product area for stacking.

The limestone crushing plant is compactly arranged with small footprint, high efficiency, and low investment cost. The use of high-quality wear-resistant materials greatly prolongs the service life of the equipment, and the operation and maintenance are more convenient.

The final products are well-distributed and the particle shape is good, which meets the requirements of high-standard construction and building industry.
