Production Process:
This project is located in South Africa. The customer purchased a 250t/h manganese ore crushing plant from Liming Heavy Industry in June 2020. The plant is designed to process 250 tons per hour of manganese ore, which includes a primary crushing station, a secondary crushing & screening station and finally a tertiary crushing & screening station.
The primary crushing station consists of a hopper, a vibrating feeder, a PE jaw crusher, a cone crusher, a vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The hopper is used to store the manganese ore received from the mine. The vibrating feeder then feeds the ore into the jaw crusher with the help of belt conveyors. The ore is crushed into smaller sizes and then sent to the cone crusher for further crushing.
The secondary crushing & screening station consists of a cone crusher, a vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The cone crusher crushes the ore to a smaller size and then sends it to the vibrating screen for screening. The screened ore is then sent to the tertiary crushing & screening station.
The tertiary crushing & screening station consists of a cone crusher, a vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The cone crusher crushes the ore to a smaller size and then sends it to the vibrating screen for screening. The screened ore is then sent to the finished product storage area via belt conveyors.
