800T/H Slate production line for sand production

The material processed in this project is Slate, which is a type of granite with high density and hard texture. Based on the physical characteristics of Slate and the customer’s production demand, Liming Heavy Industry has designed a hard rock crushing and sand making production line with a capacity of 800 tons per hour.

This production line adopts high-performance main equipment developed and produced by Liming Heavy Industry, including PE jaw crusher, HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, HPT hydraulic cone crusher, and VSI6X sand making machine. It is supplemented with well-equipped feeding and screening equipment to produce three specifications of finished products, including 0-5mm machine-made sand and 10-20mm, 20-30mm crushed stones.

Liming Heavy Industry’s professional service team has conducted multiple in-depth on-site investigations and visits to fully meet the customer’s personalized needs when formulating material processing plans. This allows the high-performance main equipment from Liming Heavy Industry to cleverly adapt to the customer’s existing equipment, reducing investment costs while expanding profit margins.

The raw ore is transported by the stepped feeder and fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. After crushing, the materials are screened and the screened materials are transported to the cone crusher for further crushing. Materials larger than 31.5mm are sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for the next crushing process. After crushing, the 5-31.5mm and 5-20mm crushed stones are screened and shaped into sand according to the customer’s production demand.

The primary crushing stage uses the solid PE jaw crusher with a solid process. This equipment is made of high-quality materials and undergoes precision processing, making it resistant to strong impact. It also has an optimized deep cavity structure, providing outstanding crushing performance. The HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, and intelligent control systems. It is equipped with a positive pressure dust-proof system and adopts an integrated design of hydraulic station and lubrication station. It has the advantages of high crushing efficiency, low production cost, high degree of visualization, convenient maintenance and adjustment, and excellent product particle shape. The project uses two HPT500 multi-cylinder cone crushers, which can replace four small-sized equipment in terms of production capacity, greatly reducing investment costs and achieving the expected goal of low investment and high returns. The two parallel-installed VSI6X1263 sand making machines handle sand making and shaping operations in one go. Through parameter adjustment, it is easy to achieve full shaping and semi-shaping processing requirements, enhancing the added value of the products.
